Gerry Fitzhenry RIP

Members will be saddened to learn of the passing of former winger Gerry Fitzhenry on Sunday 13th February. A former pupil of St John Rigby, Gerry had a short spell at Orrell before migrating to Wigan in the late sixties where he was reunited with Vince Kirk, Mick Mullaney and Dave Tarpey. He played on various teams including the 1st and was also a member of the late Mike Higham's all conquering 2nd team.
