2019/2020 Sponsorship Opportunities

Wigan RUFC are the premier, community Rugby Union club in the local area and off the back of a highly successful 2018/2019 campaign which saw both the 1st XV and 2nd XV promoted as league champions, we are looking for new sponsorships.

This is a great opportunity for a local business to be involved with Wigan’s oldest and largest community Rugby Union club based in the beautiful Douglas Valley. In the past year we have been featured in both local and national media due to our cross codes game, our national award winning junior section and the success of our senior teams.

Our social media streams gain thousands of views each month. We are active across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and we believe that this exposure to the local community could be of real value to your business. For example, since December 2018, our tweets have been seen by over 500,000 people, and that is just on our Twitter feed.

This coming year will see the 1st XV play in the Lancashire ADM Premier Division and the 2nd XV play in the Sale Sharks Division 3 North, meaning that your business will be exposed to people across the North West.
