Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee (see 6.1 of the Constitution) and the Rugby Sub-Committee must be made by written application on the forms attached to this email. Such nominations must be proposed and seconded and the nominee sign to indicate their acceptance before being returned to the Honorary Secretary (afgoulding@googlemail.com) by Thursday 5th May. Any unfilled positions may subsequently be filled by the Executive Committee in accordance with paragraph 6.2 of the Constitution.

Other Notices of Motion or Agenda items must be received in advance by the Honorary Secretary in writing by Thursday 5th May.
