The 98th Annual General Meeting of Wigan RUFC will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 9th May 2019. The meeting will commence at 7.30pm.
Nominations for positions on the Executive Committee (see 6.1 of the Constitution) and the Rugby Sub-Committee must be made by written application on the forms available on the website and behind the bar. Such nominations must be proposed and seconded and the nominee sign to indicate their acceptance before being returned to the Honorary Secretary. The deadline for submitting nominations will be Monday 22nd April at 12 pm. Any unfilled positions may subsequently be filled by the Executive Committee in accordance with paragraph 6.2 of the Constitution.
Other Notices of Motion or Agenda items must similarly be received by the Honorary Secretary in writing by Monday 22nd April at 12pm.
Copies of the Agenda and the Minutes of the 2018 AGM will be available on the evening of the meeting.
